1440 GMT: Luis Moreno Ocampo, the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, has said that charges against figures in the Libyan regime may include murder and unlawful detention, use of cluster bombs, and rape as a weapon.
Ocampo also said he will seek three arrest warrants for crimes against humanity.

0535 GMT: The Ministers of Interior of the six Gulf Co-operation Council states --- Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Bahrain --- have welcomed the restoration of calm and stability in Bahrain and praised the prudence of its wise leadership.
The ministers praised the loyal people of Bahrain for rallying behind their leader and placing the higher interests of their country above any other considerations, within the framework of the common will of the ruler and the ruled, under the comprehensive reform programme launched by Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The ministers, denouncing Iranian intervention in the internal affairs of Bahrain, again endorsed the legitimacy of the deployment of GCC forces in the country.
