Bahrain Special: The 21 Activists Sentenced Today

1. Abdul Wahhab Hussain: Life imprisonment. Member of Coalition for a Republic, promiment writer
2. Hassan Mushaimaa: Life imprisonment. Head of Haq movement. Member of Coalition for a Republic
3. Mohammed Habib Al Muqdad: Life imprisonment. Prominent cleric. Head of Al Zahra Orphanage
4. Ibrahim Sharif: 5 years imprisonment. President of Waad Society
5. AbdulJalil Al Muqdad: Life imprisonment. Prominent cleric. Cousin of Mohammed Habib Al Muqdad
6. Abduljalil Al Singace: Life imprisonment. Head of human rights office of Haq movemen
7. Saeed Al Nouri: Life imprisonment. Prominent cleric
8. Abdulhadi Al Mukhodher: 5 years imprisonment. Prominent cleric
9. Abdulla Al Mahroos: 5 years imprisonment. Vice President of Al Zahra orphanage
10. Abdulhadi Al Khawaja: Life imprisonment. Human rights activist
11. Salah Al Khawaja: 5 years imprisonment. Independent activist, Abdulhadi Al Khawaja's younger brother
12. Mohammed Jawad: 15 years imprisonment. Prominent independent activist
13. Mohammed Ali Radhi: 5 years imprisonment. Social activist
14. Al Hur Al Sumaikh: 2 years imprisonment. Member of Haq movement
15. Saeed Al Shehabi: Life imprisonment (in absentia). Head of Bahrain Freedom Movement
16. Aqeel Alsari: 15 years imprisonment (in absentia). Independent political activist
17. Abdul Raouf AlShayeb: 15 years imprisonment (in absentia). Head of Al Khalas movement
18. Abbas AlOmran: 15 years imprisonment (in absentia). Member of Bahrain Centre for Human Rights
19. Ali Mushaimaa: 15 years imprisonment (in absentia). Member of Committee of Unemployed. Son of Hassan Mushaimaa
20. Abdulghani Khanjar: 15 years imprisonment (in absentia). Head of the anti-torture committee
21. Ali AbdulEmam: 15 years imprisonment(in absentia). Bahrain's "Godfather of Blogging"
