Breaking News: Car Bomb in Southern Iraq Kills 10

A car bomb at a cattle market in Hamza in Iraq's Babil province, 80 miles south of Baghdad, has killed 10 people. The area, which has a mixed Sunni and Shi'a population, has been relatively peace in recent months.
