Since my Farsi is not that well, I surfed the net...
And according to other sources, they shouted "Unemployment, unemployment" (f.i. http://en.irangreenvoice.com/article/2010/may/24/1945" rel="nofollow">http://en.irangreenvoice.com/article/2010/may/2...).
But all the same: they shouted - and not in praise...
They are chanting 'bikari', which translates to unemployment, not freedom.
WitteKr and Srt,
Confirmation by Peyke Iran, which has put "bikari" (unemployment) in its caption: http://www.peykeiran.com/Content.aspx?ID=17181" rel="nofollow">http://www.peykeiran.com/Content.aspx?ID=17181

What they are saying is bikaari which literally means "unemployment". According to official records unemployment rates in Khozestan province is more than 20 percent, this percentage is even higher in Khoramshahr and Abadan, some estimate it to be around 30 percent.
Is that a green scarf Ahmadinejad is wearing? This is the guy who had the green stripe in the flag changed to blue, and sidewalks with green curbs changed to black. Are we seeing him doing an about face now? What a strange man.
Nice comment by Azarmehr: Today is the anniversary of the liberation of Khorramshahr and Ahmadinejad who never spent a single day in the front during the war with Saddam, was desperately trying to exploit the occasion for one of his cheap publicity stunts... http://azarmehr.blogspot.com/2010/05/ahmadinejad-in-khorramshahr.html" rel="nofollow">http://azarmehr.blogspot.com/2010/05/ahmadineja...
